This Medical and Fitness Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to all digital programs, video content, 1-on-1 coaching, and downloadable materials provided by Rudy Valle Mobility Fitness ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website and participating in our mobility and strength programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

The content provided by Rudy Valle Mobility Fitness — including but not limited to mobility drills, strength protocols, and nutritional suggestions is for informational and educational purposes only. 

  •  We are not doctors, physical therapists, or licensed medical professionals. 

  •  Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or chronic injury. 

  •  Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health professional with any questions regarding a medical condition or physical limitation.

 

2. Physical Requirements & Consultation

Mobility training involves active joint manipulation and strength loading that can be physically taxing. You should consult with a physician before starting any program with Rudy Valle Mobility Fitness, especially if you:

  • Have a history of joint dislocations, disc herniations, or bone density issues.

  •  Are recovering from surgery or a sedentary lifestyle.

  •  Experience sharp pain, numbness, or tingling during movement.

  •  Have high blood pressure or cardiovascular concerns.

 

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in these exercises, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury. Physical movement, even when performed correctly, carries inherent risks. 

  •  You agree that **Rudy Valle Mobility Fitness** and **Rudy Valle** personally are not liable for any injuries, fractures, strains, or health complications resulting from the use of our programs.

  • Stop immediately** if you experience sharp pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. "Working through the pain" is not recommended in mobility training and can lead to injury.

 

4. Results Disclaimer

While our methods are designed to improve range of motion and functional strength, results vary significantly based on individual genetics, consistency, and previous injury history.

Rudy Valle Mobility Fitness makes no guarantees concerning specific outcomes or the total elimination of pain.

 

5. Equipment and Environment

It is your responsibility to ensure your training environment is safe and that any equipment used (bands, blocks, weights) is in good condition. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from equipment failure or an unsafe workout space.
